Gift Certificates
Elements to Wellness Gift Certificates are available! Please use certificates within 1 year of purchase date. After 12 months of non-use, the certificate is valued at the purchase value only. Although there is no expiration, a $5 service fee will be deducted per month after 60 months of non-use. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but are transferrable to different services. Donated Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from issue date.

You may combine services of your choice to customize any package or simply purchase one of our pre-designed packages.
Education
All therapists are highly certified and/or licensed in their field of expertise. We take great pride in offering the most up-to-date techniques and services and make it our priority to continue our education.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged for your service. Gift certificates will be rendered void or your credit card will be charged. $35 charge for returned checks.
